TORTURE is a two-track EP from Taz that marks a return to the darker and more emotionally driven sound that originally built his underground audience.

 

     The project opens with a direct nod to the early internet underground era — distorted, atmospheric, and aggressive — before transitioning into a guitar-driven second record centered around ambition, patience, frustration, and confidence. While the energy throughout the EP feels chaotic and restless, the core theme revolves around continuing to build without forcing timing or validation.

 

     Rather than aiming for a polished commercial release, TORTURE exists as a raw reintroduction to Taz creatively: late nights, isolation, pressure, and the mentality of somebody creating through uncertainty instead of waiting for permission.
